FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before getting startd, the essentials.

We work in stages according to the project's real needs. You do not need to engage us for the entire journey.

Does Casa Alma Zamora only develop beverages?

No. We work with food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, natural ingredients, botanicals, by-product value creation and other high-value solutions according to their technical, commercial and regulatory viability.

Do I need to have a defined formulation or product before starting?

No. We can start from an idea, raw material, by-product, opportunity, business need or a project that has not yet been structured. The first task is precisely to understand the starting point and define what should be researched, developed, validated or coordinated.

Can you participate in only one stage of a project?

Yes. We can participate in diagnosis, research, formulation, prototyping, validation, strategy, branding, regulatory pathways, funding, piloting or preparation for scaling according to the agreed scope.

Do you develop products and solutions for third parties?

Yes. We work through specialized development, co-development, applied research, pilot testing, curation and other models defined according to each project's objectives, responsibilities and intellectual property.

Do you formulate projects for competitive funding programs?

Yes. We can structure objectives, activities, budgets, indicators, schedules, partnerships and technical justification for competitive funding instruments. Approval and co-funding depend on the rules and evaluation criteria of each call.

Do you support regulatory and intellectual-property processes?

Yes. We provide technical support and management of regulatory and intellectual-property processes before the relevant authorities. Casa Alma Zamora does not issue registrations or authorizations; these are granted by the corresponding authorities.

Can you take a development to industrial scale?

Our own infrastructure operates at pilot scale. When a project requires industrial scale, we design the scaling pathway and coordinate productive or specialized partnerships as appropriate.

How do you handle confidentiality and shared knowledge?

Each project defines what information is shared, with whom, for what purpose and under which conditions. When appropriate, confidentiality, responsibility, authorship and intellectual-property agreements are established before sensitive information is exchanged.
