ABOUT · CASA ALMA ZAMORA
House Alma Zamora is a Peruvian platform for innovation, bioeconomy and high-value transformation. We connect territory, knowledge, technical capabilities, design, management and market to turn opportunities into real solutions.

INSTITUTIONAL ESSENCE
We identify opportunities, connect knowledge and transform resources, ideas and challenges into products, brands, projects and new business possibilities.
Beverages are one of the first expressions of this capability, not its limit. Our experience in fermentation, distillation, extraction, formulation, design and validation extends to food, natural ingredients, functional beverages, botanicals and agroindustrial value creation.
Identify resources, by-products, needs and opportunities with differentiation potential.
Connect companies, producers, communities, specialists, institutions and knowledge.
Turn raw materials, ideas and knowledge into prototypes, ingredients and new categories.
Evaluate process, quality, sensory performance, technical feasibility and market potential.
Build value proposition, identity, brand, packaging and narrative consistent with origin.
Prepare solutions for funding, regulation, scaling and market access.
PURPOSE
Biodiversity is not understood simply as raw material, but as a source of knowledge, identity and new opportunities for value creation.
We research, test, document and make decisions using technical, commercial and regulatory criteria.
Design, branding, funding, coordination and scaling are part of the same transformation process.
Build a leading Peruvian and Latin American platform for innovation, bioeconomy and the high-value transformation of origin-based resources.
FOUNDER & LEADERSHIP
Founder · Industrial Engineer · MBA
House Alma Zamora is built on more than two decades of experience in innovation, strategy, operations, projects, productive infrastructure and agroindustrial development.
The founder's experience combines with that of the team to lead projects from opportunity identification through structuring, development, implementation and projection. The goal is not to concentrate all knowledge internally, but to understand which capabilities are needed, how to connect them and how to lead them coherently.
Indicators reflect the accumulated experience of the founder and team that today supports House Alma Zamora's capabilities.
TEAM & COLLABORATIVE INNOVATION
We work with an in-house multidisciplinary team and a specialized network activated according to the nature of each project. Sharing knowledge does not mean losing control: responsibilities, confidentiality, authorship and intellectual property are defined whenever appropriate.
TERRITORY
Working with biodiversity requires understanding resources, producers, communities, local knowledge and productive conditions before designing a solution.

Relationships with producers, agroindustrial value chains, heritage grapes from Ocucaje and pilot-scale development and transformation capabilities.
Participatory ethnobotanical work with the Llañucancha Rural Community and preliminary exploration of applications for high-Andean botanicals.
Accumulated experience in projects, infrastructure and coordination to strengthen productive and business capabilities.
The founder and team's experience includes projects developed across different regions of Peru, with projection toward Latin America.
CAPABILITIES
We are not defined by a single product or technology. The platform combines capabilities that can be activated as an integrated pathway or in specific stages.
Technology monitoring, diagnosis, characterization, experimentation, formulation and development of useful knowledge for decision-making.
Process testing, initial batches, fermentation, distillation, extraction, thermal processing, carbonation and filling.
Business models, strategy, competitive funding, budgets, indicators, schedules, partnerships and implementation.
Concept, naming, identity, packaging, narrative, positioning, regulation and market readiness.

Our own infrastructure operates at pilot scale for applied research, prototyping and initial batches. When a solution requires industrial scale, scaling pathways and specialized partnerships are designed.

We seek to integrate sustainability from project design: responsible use of resources, circularity, territorial relationships, traceability and progressive measurement of results.
Value creation from pomace, bagasse, peels, seeds, pulps, pods, surpluses and other streams with transformation potential.
Work with producers, communities and organizations that recognizes local knowledge and builds shared-value relationships.
We design mechanisms that allow selected projects to connect value creation with conservation, restoration or territorial recovery.
Document origin, processes, batches, evidence and indicators so results can be communicated with increasing verifiability.

Selected projects can connect value creation with conservation, restoration or territorial recovery.
Working with producers, communities and local knowledge holders helps us understand resources, practices and conditions before designing a solution.

We explore value-creation opportunities for pods, pomace, bagasse, peels, seeds, pulps and other underutilized resources through research and transformation testing.
GOVERNANCE
Elementa Zamora S.A.C. institutionally represents House Alma Zamora.
The platform develops its own initiatives and coordinates projects and partner brands with distinct owners. Ecosystem governance is built on rules for representation, infrastructure use, confidentiality, intellectual property and responsibilities defined for each collaboration.
The specific structure and ownership of products and brands are communicated separately on the corresponding pages.
